Additional Notes & Comments:	If this was a intentional feature or not this can drive Springtrap mains from using this peak. This interaction can give great smart plays by Springtraps and give more verity in perk use

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hit A survivor with The Axe throw while they are healthy and Dissolution should activate
2. Have a survivor drop and fast vault a Pallet while the axe is in them and Dissolution is activated

Explanation

When I was playing Springtrap in Custom Games (I was wanting to fool around with his Addons and with some perks). And when i hit a healthy survivor with the Axe and its in them, while the Axe is in the survivor (meaning i can grab them), Dissolution Activates, while the axe was in the survivor and they vault the pallet Dissolution doesn't break the pallet until the axe is removed from the survivor.

Im not sure if this is intentional or if its a bug but it's definitely werid.
