Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as The Nurse.
2. Load onto the map "The Thompson House"
3. Blink through the walls shown in the video and notice your screen goes black.

Explanation

The players screen goes black as the nurse teleports through the staircase in the main building of "The Thompson House" on the Coldwind Farm realm.
