Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into game
2. move around or attempt to interact with objects

Explanation

Once in a match I experience rubberbanding and teleporting. I thought it was only rubberbanding however I was playing a match on the map "the game" and ran right but then was teleported into the lefthand room instead. Issue is very consistant and my ping has been low whenever this has occured. I experience no issues in the menus or pregame lobby.

This has been consistent through uninstalling then reinstalling the game, verifying the game files, updating my drivers for Wi-fi, graphics and CPU. Another person is playing on the same network and further away from the router and not experiencing the same issues. These issues only started to occur from 2 days ago and I have not changed hardware in my computer or downloaded new software besides new steam games (the Metro series).
