Steps to Reproduce

1. Select French voice lines
2. Restart the game
3. Select a character who features French voice lines (Baermer, Chucky, etc..)
4. They will speak in English

Explanation

Voice lines play in English regardless of what language is selected in the "Voice Language" setting.
