Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Plot Twist when injured
2. Get picked up and dropped by the killer
3. Be able to recover to injured state
4. Be able to use plot twist again when crouching while injured
5. Repeat (without recovering before being picked up/dropped by the killer)

Explanation

When the killer picks up a survivor after they plot twisted and dropped them again, the survivor is able to recover to the injured state and use plot twist again immediately after. Is repeatable as long as the survivor does not recover with plot twist without being picked up and dropped by the killer first.
