Steps to Reproduce

Be repairing the gen
Get hit by PR and scream due to the explosion
Repair back to the automatic regresion threshold (5% above the after damage repair progression)
It then just explodes again.

Explanation

Sometimes, Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance triggers twice on the same generator.
Happened versus an Artist and versus a Jason.
How it happened to me: Be repairing the generator above 60%, get hit by the PR and scream, continue repairing until it reaches the after-break threshold, and it just explodes again for the PR % regression.
