Actual Result:	After being unhooked while in Madness Tier 3 against The Doctor, the "Snap Out of It" action is entirely missing or broken. The Survivor is permanently locked into Madness Tier 3, constantly screaming and unable to interact with generators or healing, making normal gameplay impossible for the rest of the match.
Expected Result:	Upon being unhooked, the "Snap Out of It" prompt should appear normally. Completing the action should successfully lower the Survivor's Madness level back to Tier 2 so they can resume standard gameplay actions.

Additional Notes & Comments:	This bug completely ruins the match for the affected Survivor. Because Madness Tier 3 prevents you from doing generators, healing yourself, or healing teammates, being permanently stuck in this state after a hook rescue removes any chance of survival or contribution to the team. Please look into the interaction between the unhooking animation state and The Doctor's Madness Tier 3 status effect.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a Match: Enter a match as a Survivor against The Doctor.
2. Reach Madness Tier 3: Allow The Doctor to shock your character until your Madness level reaches Tier 3 (where your character screams and cannot heal or repair).
3. Get Hooked: While actively in Madness Tier 3, allow The Doctor to down you and place you onto a Sacrificial Hook.
4. Get Rescued: Have a teammate safely unhook you.
5. Attempt to Recover: Once your feet touch the ground, attempt to find a safe spot and activate the "Snap Out of It" action.
