Steps to Reproduce

1. Be injured
2. Play against Jason
3. Map was Fallen Refuge, but i dont know if its on other map possible
4. He has to look up the staircase and through hit spear
5. If he aims in right angle and you are in the right position like 2/3 of staircase i think
6. you get thrown through the stairs

Explanation

Jason can get a survivor stuck, if he throws his spear up a basement staircase, and down you with this throw. You cant get out. With enough wiggeling, i got a position where my foot was out and someone did heal me. Netherless also standing, escaping wasnt possible. I got this bug just one time now.
