Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip item
2. Load into the match
3. Perks equipped: Champion of Light, Fixated, Exultation, Resurgence
4. Item: Banquet Flashlight with Long Life Battery & Heavy Duty Battery
5. Had it happen with regular flashlights as well

Explanation

Item you have equipped before trial sometimes cannot be used until after you get hook.
