Actual Result:	Bubba floats through pallet still taking charge but no momentum is lost
Expected Result:	Bubba breaks the pallet with his animation and chase continues

Steps to Reproduce

1. Drop a event rebuilt pallet on bubba
2. He starts animation for breaking but doesn’t do it
3. Pallet still breaks with no animation
4. Bubba can instantly rev chainsaw

Explanation

Black banquet rebuilt pallets don’t have a break animation for bubba
