Steps to Reproduce

  1. Hooked a Survivor
  2. Looked at an in progress generator for perk usage
  3. The prompt that you would expect (E) was not given at the gen or any gen in range

Explanation

During the event, black Banquet, the perk "Turn Back The Clock" does not prompt for activation, even after hooking a survivor
