Steps to Reproduce

1. The flashlight bug happens since the game started, I can only use it after unhooking from the hook.
2. For the pallet bug, it happens on the respawned pallet.
3. Those bugs have been happening since day one of the event. Are we fixing it or not?

Explanation

Flashlight bug/Pallet bug: there's a bug that you can't use flashlight in the event and the event pallet sometimes will make you teleport 1-2 step
