Steps to Reproduce

1. Hold a plate
2. Have some sort of scream interrupt any action while holding a plate

Explanation

Anniversary Plates and Being interrupted during an action by a scream while bug you out and cause you to be unable to gesture, shine a flashlight, and other similar actions, such as snapping out of it by The Doctor (why he's killswitched) and presumably other thing
