Steps to Reproduce
- Honestly no idea.
- Cant tell you how I got it, it just appeared after taking a health state.
Explanation
Playin against Unknown on trickers delusion, after being downed by Unknowns UVX, I gained a blue stain, similar to that of the killers red stain. Didnt go away at all, my teammate also said he gained it.
