Actual Result:	Palette would not give pop up to throw down even tho It was still there and visibly up
Expected Result:	Palette should give pop up and throw down when pressed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load RPD map in black banquet
2. Food items give unbreakable palettes
3. Try to use the palette at top right of stairs
4. Nothing happens?

Explanation

Bugged palette at top of stairs at RPD map. This was during the black banquet, the food perks were palettes and invincibility. I couldn't throw down the stairs palette at the top right of middle/main area.
