I found this in a public match which I also have recorded, but I re-recorded it in a private game to better show how the bug.

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Shattered Square
- Head to the tile in the video below.
Explanation
Houndmaster's dog (Snug) cannot vault this window. I was one Shattered Square when Snug was completely unable to vault the window on a certain tile. Below I have attached a video of this happening. This happened in a public match
