Steps to Reproduce

1. Use a flashlight
2. Play as a regular game until your flashlight stops working entirely
3. Get hooked
4. Use your flashlight

Explanation

As to my current knowledge on PC and Playstation at what seems like random times your flashlight will stop and acts as if it is out of charges, it doesn't seem to work until you get hooked or wiggle out of the killers grasp.
