Explanation

When hooked, you cannot take chances to escape at all, you do not progress in the hook stages but your hook progress bar increases. What happens is that you stay in first hook even though the entity fully spawns in, and you cannot die on the hook, nor can you be unhooked by anybody. You do not reach second hook, get any skill checks, or when the bar fully depletes die. The anti-camp does go up, but when it does fully max out, it doesn't let you take the chance to escape. During the endgame collapse, even when everyone leaves the trial you do not die, but you reach the second hook, but still no skill checks. Your bar will fully deplete for the second time but you wont die, once the endgame collapse fully happens you will die, but you still don't get kicked from the trial, you stay in the trial until you abandon it. I believe that it is the same for the killer.
