Steps to Reproduce

1. load up the game via xbox for pc
2. wait through opening credit screen
3. try to join a lobby
4. play a game

Explanation

every time i open my dbd game it is completely lagged, from the very beginning loading credit screen all the way into the game, it claims i have high ping which makes no sense due to the fact every time i run an internet test my ping is always at 20 or less, the game is reporting 200 or more. its incredibly annoying and doesn't resolve with an ethernet cord either, I've tried deleting and redownloading the game off of Xbox pc game pass and verifying and repairing the files but it still doesn't fix it, I've checked all the cords on my pc and monitor to check if they were in the wrong position or not. when trying to screen record it detected a high cpu usage.
