Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick up a downed survivor
2. Wait until the event triggers

Explanation

Freddy (The Nightmare) is supposed to wiggle his fingers after some time of carrying a survivor, only the sound for this event plays, but (at least in his viewmodel) the animation doesn't.
