Expected Result:	Full 13 second cooldown.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into a match with a survivor with vigil and The Slasher with sauna rock.
2. Have Jason jump scare the survivor out of omnipresent evil.
3. Observe the improper? interaction.

Explanation

Vigil does not properly reduce The Slasher's sauna rock exhaustion debuff.
