Steps to Reproduce

1. just have the doctor play the event mode
2. he makes survivor get to tier 3 madness
3. Survivors cant snap out of it
4. They need to be hooked
5. then unhooked
6. They then can snap out of it
7. But they get tier 3 madness again
8. Steps repeat.

Explanation

The doctor has a bug where survivors cant snap out of it unless they get hooked. doctor needs to be killswitched until the bug is resolved because when in tier 3 madness you cant do anything, other than eating and interacting with the event items,
