Steps to Reproduce

1. Play against the doctor in the anniversary lobby.
2. Get shocked to reach Madness III

Explanation

When playing against the doctor, survivors who reach madness III can't snap out of it until they've been hooked, so they essentially can't do anything except run around until the doctor hooks them so they can snap out of it.
