Steps to Reproduce
- If The Doctor shocks you and puts you into tier 3 while you are doing any action (such as repairing a generator)
- you are not able to perform the snap out of it action until after you get hooked and unhooked
Explanation
During Anniversary Event, unable to "snap out of it" from tier 3 again The Doctor until you get hooked, making the game unplayable.
