Steps to Reproduce
- Doctor getting someone.
- Doctor getting that someone into the highest madness tier.
- While they are holding a plate.
Explanation
Doctor is bugged during the event. When you hold a plate as a survivor and get put into the highest madness tier, snapping out is impossible unless you get hooked.
