Actual Result:	Legion's camera is in their chest and when looking up or moving you can see the arms above your head.
Expected Result:	I don't see the Legion skin above me.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load up a game as Legion
2. Enter frenzy
3. look up or move around.

Explanation

Camera in wrong place on Legion causing a clipping issue.
