Actual Result:	Major camera clipping and camera pivots the entire upper body
Expected Result:	No clipping issues and camera only pivots the head

Additional Notes & Comments:	This is seemingly occuring due to Legion's camera being incorrectly tied to their body, instead of head. Pivoting the camera up or down causes their entire body to also move forward, or backward.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as The Legion
2. During a match, pivot the camera up or down
3. Take note of the camera misalignment and clipping issues

Explanation

Legion's shoulders and arms clip through the camera when running and hitting in Frenzy. Looking all the way down also causes issues, and looking all the way up clips through the mask and face of the Legion character.
