The Forgotten Videotape add-on for the Executioner does absolutely nothing/doesn't work at all, and hasn't worked since its release last year. I thought maybe it was working as intended and 10% faster travel speed just wasn't noticeable at 10 meters, so to properly test it out I equipped Iridescent Seal of Metatron as well and shot a survivor at max distance with and without Forgotten Videotape, and sure enough, the hit landed at the exact same time/frame regardless of whether the add-on was equipped or not. Again, this has been going on since its release, but my friend urged me to record and report the bug.
