Steps to Reproduce
- Unlock upgrade bench with toolbox
- Go get heavy weapon on the same level
- Go back to upgrade bench
- No option to upgrade heavy weapon (only seems to evaluate at initial weapons at unlock)
Explanation
No heavy weapon upgrade option on the upgrade bench.
