Steps to Reproduce

1. Obtained a Jury-rigged Boomstick with +20% damage and 40% damage as Ice from a starting Crate
2. Only have a 30% Spread Reduction from Steady Aim IV
3. The issue has been present since obtaining the Boomstick

Explanation

Jury-rigged boomstick Reticle is extremely small
