Steps to Reproduce
- Play recon
- Get an equipment crate with turrets
- Place both turrets
- Start rewind
- End rewind
- You now magically have more turrets
Explanation
Using retcon's rewind ability with 0 turrets will replenish both turrets when rewind ends.
