Steps to Reproduce

1. Join game when a mission with jumble is selected and weapons and grenades have already been claimed
2. Game assigns guns to throwable slot
3. Cannot use guns in throwable slot; disposable sentry is an exception until another weapon is claimed in mission
4. This has also happened with the corrosive sludge pump populating throwable, as well as having a different sludge pump set in a weapon slot
