Steps to Reproduce

1. Grab a 25% ammo boost perk from a weapons crate.
2. Disconnect from the session.
3. Reconnect to the session.

Explanation

I picked up a 25% max ammo boost from a weapons crate, then got disconnected. When I reconnected to the session, I still have the upgrade applied but the 25% maximum ammo boost is not applying anymore.
