Steps to Reproduce

1. Joined mission
2. Dropped into mission, already in progress (past the weapon selection area)
3. Landed and was directly into a negotiation for perks
4. Once out of the negotiation I had no weapon, grenade, or equipment.

Explanation

Joined an already in progress mission and landed with no weapons, equipment or grenades.
