Steps to Reproduce

  1. Activated the workbench toolbox tracker
  2. Used tab to open the terrain scanner and view the map
  3. Located the toolbox at the bottom of the well

Explanation

I can't use the workbench because the toolbox was at the bottom of the Lord of the Rings reference well.
