Steps to Reproduce

1. try random stuff in the ramrod maybe prop related but this bug is quite minor anyway
2. move camera up or down
3. silly camera :3

Explanation

that aint right
no but like my camera has this weird offset thingy it cant go all the way up but can go weirdly far down
I have encountered this more then once but dont know how to reproduce it consitently it only happens on the ramrod
