Steps to Reproduce

1. Get drills that have an ammo count above 38
2. Obtain Bio Energy
3. Kill enemies

Explanation

The Bio Energy upgrade does not give drills ammo back above 38 when replenishing it. The max ammo it can give you with Bio Energy is 38.
