Co-op Partner Gets Stuck on Cube Structure During Enemy Encounter

Steps to Reproduce

1. Stand on top of a large, cube-shaped structure. It might also be reproducible standing on structures like walkways and grates.
2. Presumably have Cooper below you, so the straight path to you is through the structure.
3. Get downed by enemies.
4. Observe Cooper trying to path to you, but getting stuck by the structure.

Explanation

I was swarmed by a bunch of corespawn and went down in single-player. But, cooper ended up clipping into some sort of cube-shaped structure, so was unable to path to bring me back up. I ended up locked and unable to complete the mission as cooper was unable to bring me back.
