Steps to Reproduce

1. Got thunderstrike upgrade
2. Hit enemy with melee ( without any damage boosts from other upgrades)
3. Saw it was the same

Explanation

The Bio-Booster upgrade Thunderstrike doesn't do what the description says. It says melee hits do an extra 50% damage as electric, instead it just makes 50% electric.
