Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to a mission with 3 DRG robots.
  2. Eliminate all the DRG robots.
  3. Observe that one of the robots fails to spawn the dig site.

Explanation

Sometimes the DRG robots dont spawn the mining Expenite site
