Explanation

Game worked fine prior to v1.2 update (ran at 120 fps smoothly), but after VC Redistributables were downloaded game now only works in about 20-30 FPS, running a 1660 Super, tried multiple different settings, turned off V-Sync made sure monitors refresh was correct and even tried new settings and drivers (latest, NVIDIA) and nothing has fixed the issue
