Steps to Reproduce

  1. Play test perks
  2. Interact with guns
  3. Ensure they function as intended

Explanation

Retcon
-weapon overheats in time rewind but is sit over heated when it ends.
-'Flush out' perk does activate when entering time rewind, but does activate if manually ending time rewind, was this intention seems backwards?
