Steps to Reproduce

  1. Get more than one stack of Accelerate on Retcon
  2. Activate Rewind Time

Explanation

The effects of Retcon's "Accelerate" workbench ability upgrade do not stack when you have multiple. (In the screenshot I have 4, yet am only getting a 20% bonus on my stats)
