Explanation
I chose as a vector a second weapon workbench. When exploring I found a toolkit and gave it to the first workbench I found.
When I found the second workbench in the same room I scanned for the toolbox but nothing showed on the map and no circle appeared.
Apparently the toolbox is exactly mapped to the workbench, maybe as an improvement when one box is already given to a workbench, the other locates the last remaining and not the hardcoded one?
