Explanation
During a mission, the acid throwing creature that lives on roof, appears to have generated mostly within a rock formation on the ceiling of the cave and was only partially visible, it was still active and able to attack me though the rock.
[Knowledge base] A suggested solution was shown before submitting; the player reported that it FIXED their issue.
