Steps to Reproduce

1. Player tutorial
2. Can't start mission from mission terminal

Explanation

I can't start any mission after tutorial. I assume all available are too hard or otherwise locked. Or at least I cannot figure out how to start mission. So all are locked, UI is unintuitive, or I'm too dense atm.
