Steps to Reproduce

1. go to mission setup
2. go to join lobby
3. pick a lobby i clearly can join
4. it loads then stops with error message "no slots available" and kicks me back

Explanation

i can't join a clearly open lobby, it loads and then says there's an error stating "no open slots" but there are clearly open spots, so I can't join anyone
