Steps to Reproduce

1. Hover the mouse over a character ability in loadout terminal
2. Tooltip is displayed
3. Without moving the mouse, press q/e to switch character
4. The tooltip stays the same as before, despite mouse now hovering over a different ability

Explanation

Switching characters with keyboard leads does not update active tooltip of character ability
