Reclaimer Axes Not Adding to Inventory After Throw

Steps to Reproduce

1. Threw some axes trying to break some Red Sugar for another Reclaimer of my team
2. Tried to pick them up but they didn't add any axes to my inventory
3. I was in the gravitational grenade (I don't know how it is properly named)
4. Threw another one into the floor and couldn't pick it up either
5. Rock & Stone!

Explanation

Hello Deep Rock Galactic. My bug is about the axes from the gunner. When I used them the first time and failed, i could pick them up again like in Deep Rock, but on the next level, when i threw them into the ceiling or the floor and tried to pick them up again, i couldn't, the Reclaimer did the animation of picking the axes but didn't add no one to the counter. I'm not sure if it is a bug or if I did something wrong. And also, I don't see the axes inside the wiki (not the one from the internet, the one inside the game).I don't have a video of it, sorry.
