Explanation

In the elevator room of the tutorial, I had no idea I needed to repair the thing next to it.

It took a little to realize that the progress bar had stalled, then walking around the room, nothing was obvious to fix.

I saw the bottom of the repair icon, which was behind the pipes leading to the elevator.

There should be an indication on the progress bar with a repair sign, indicating that it's stopped because of that. And a HUD element with an arrow appearing on the side of my screen, that highlighted which direction the repair is that needs to happen.
